When completing my experiment I took a lot of data.  The data was based upon the distance that the liquid would travel up the side of the test tube when the centrifuge was operated for a period of 30 seconds.  I received two different results because the ability to rotate the centrifuge at different speeds.  The following results are of the different oils; vegetable oil, 10W-30 motor oil, 10W-40 motor oil, and gear oil with a rating of 80W-90 and the distances they traveled up the tube (these are measured in centimeters)

To better understand these results I have averaged the data from my tests.  The following chart show the average distance covered by each liquid during both speeds.

Liquid Vegetable Oil 10w-30 10w-40 80w-90
Centripetal Acceleration

6.55 m/s/s 8.48 9.49 7.52 6.01
20.5 m/s/s 11.85 10.62 10.45 9.24

The data in this chart is made up of the average distances (in centimeters) covered in the tube when each liquids are spun in the centrifuge.
