If you click on the video links and browse to the lectures folder, you will see the lectures listed according to block number, and order within the class.  (i.e. the file"01-02WireAndLoopRightHandRules.wmv" is the second lesson from the first block in the chapter 20-21 folder)

This is just coming on line.  These first videos are 4 frames per second Document camera Xvid videos that Windows Media Player seems to just play.    Xvid is an open source codec and is free to download.  Go to their website at http://www.xvid.org/Software.83.0.html and you can find free players, and codecs for all platforms - Windows, Mac, and I think even Linux.
